I saw a therapist very regularly up until I moved to Vancouver. He helps me deal with my grief as well as my life in general. His name is Rand and I would not be here today without him. Ever since I moved, we see each other very seldom so he has given me the assignment of listing one good thing per hour of my day. So to make sure I am keeping up with it, every day I shall write down my top ten things. Thanks Rand, now each day I can think about all the good things that happened!
